Kathi Burt is an executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in retained executive search. Ms. Burt has focused on search assignments at the officer and C-level for a diverse group of companies that have spanned multiple industries to include financial services, manufacturing, real estate, consumer products, and health care.

Ms. Burt has deep experience in the Retained Executive Search industry. She previously worked with several international executive search firms like Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles, specializing in senior management level searches, where she gained search experience in a wide variety of industries and functional areas. Some of her searches included President/Chief Executive Officer, National Sales Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Corporate Development.

Ms. Burt started her career with the Citizens & Southern National Bank where she held various positions within the Community Banking Group and the Human Resources Department. There she participated in the recruiting efforts at all levels.

Ms. Burt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
